摘要:
The present invention aims to provide a compact, fully automatic genetic testing device with which a step of extracting and purifying a nucleic acid from a sample, a step of injecting a solution containing the nucleic acid, and a step of amplifying and detecting the nucleic acid, can be fully automatically carried out, and which enables a physician to carry out genetic testing at a position close to a patient. The fully automatic genetic testing device comprises: a first unit for extracting and purifying a nucleic acid from a sample; a second unit for injecting a solution containing the nucleic acid to a testing chip having reaction sites for amplification of the nucleic acid; and a third unit for optically detecting the nucleic acid amplified in the reaction sites.
摘要:
A method for extracting nucleic acid from a biological sample is disclosed. The method comprises steps of: (i) mixing a biological sample, an anionic surfactant and a chaotropic compound to obtain a lysate; (ii) mixing the lysate, an alkanol having a boiling point higher than 75°C, a chaotropic compound and silica particles to adsorb the nucleic acid on the silica particles; (iii) washing the silica particles having the nucleic acid adsorbed thereon with a washing liquid; and (iv) eluting the nucleic acid adsorbed on the silica particles with an eluent, wherein at least steps (i) and (ii) are performed at a temperature higher than 75°C.
摘要:
The object of the present invention is to provide a method that allows stable amplification of an internal standard material while maintaining an accurate assay value for a target nucleic acid in a nucleic acid detection system involving the use of an internal standard material and a reagent kit used therefor. The present invention relates to a method for nucleic acid amplification comprising preventing an internal standard amplification product from affecting amplification reaction of a target nucleic acid by performing amplification of an internal standard material prior to amplification of the target nucleic acid in the method for amplifying a target nucleic acid in a sample using an internal standard material and a reagent and reagent kit used therefor.
