A pressure detecting means (43) is provided for detecting the outside air pressure. The present invention relates to a ventilating equipment for a vehicle. In the vehicles in recent years, the space allowed to dispose equipments for the vehicle is subjected to a tendency of being limited since the comfort of the vehicle has been improved. Therefore, the size of ventilating equipments has been required to be reduced. The present invention is characterized by that a supply-air equipment (20) and an exhaust-air equipment (30) are connected to one driving device (11) for the purpose of reducing the overall size of the equipment and thereby minimizing the space in which this equipment is located. Furthermore, the driving device of the equipment structured as described above is arranged to be effectively cooled by utilizing air to be supplied or air to be exhausted.
