The method includes: sending, by a source access network device, a first proportion of data packets in a first Packet Data Convergence Protocol PDCP entity in the source access network device to a target access network device by using a data tunnel between the source access network device and a second PDCP entity of the target access network device, where the first proportion of data packets are data packets of a first quality of service QoS flow in a first protocol data unit PDU session, the first PDU session includes at least one QoS flow, the at least one QoS flow corresponds to at least one PDCP entity, the at least one QoS flow includes the first QoS flow, the at least one PDCP entity includes the first PDCP entity, and the first PDCP entity corresponds to the first QoS flow; and sending, by the source access network device, first indication information to the target access network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate that all the first proportion of data packets in the first PDCP entity have been sent.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide an information processing method and an apparatus. When a terminal device accesses or camps on a first cell served by a second network device, the terminal device records and stores first information of the terminal device in the first cell, where the first information may include connection failure report information of a radio link failure (RLF) or a handover failure, and/or measurement information obtained by performing measurement by using a minimization of drive tests (MDT) technology. After accessing a second cell, the terminal device may send, through the second cell, the first information to a first network device to which the second cell belongs, and a RAT corresponding to the second cell is different from a RAT corresponding to the first cell. According to the information processing method and the apparatus provided in the embodiments of this application, the first information recorded by the terminal device may be reported to the first network device to which the second cell belongs, so that cross-RAT reporting of information recorded by the terminal device is implemented.

摘要: This application provides an information transmission method and a device, and relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, to resolve a prior-art problem that a requirement of a future network cannot be met because only single-hop relay (RN) network access is supported. In the method, a first device receives a first message that is sent by a base station, where the first message includes first indication information and system information, and the first indication information is used to determine whether to broadcast the system information; and the first device determines, according to the first indication information, that the system information needs to be broadcast, and broadcasts the system information. In this application, the first message of the base station carries the first indication information. In this way, after receiving the first message, the first device may determine to broadcast the system information according to the first indication information, so that a target device receiving the system information accesses the base station by using the system information. This implements multi-hop relay networking, and the method provided in this application may be applied to establishment of a multi-hop relay network.

The method includes: determining the number of reliable bits of each path of data in M paths of data and a modulation manner used to demodulate the reliable bits of each path of data, where M is a positive integer; demodulating the reliable bits of each path of data according to the modulation manner used to demodulate the reliable bits of each path of data; and demodulating residual bits in each path of data except the reliable bits according to a maximal likelihood ML algorithm. In the embodiments of the present invention, the number of the reliable bits of each path of data and the modulation manner used to demodulate the reliable bits of each path of data are determined, and the residual bits in each path of data except the reliable bits are demodulated according to the ML algorithm; therefore, compared with the prior art, it is unnecessary to demodulate all bits of each path of data according to the ML algorithm, thereby lowering the complexity of demodulation by using the ML algorithm.
