摘要: A construction machine capable of achieving favorable operability in a combined operation is provided. A hybrid excavator includes: a boom cylinder 10 driven by hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump 16b; a swing hydraulic motor 5 driven by hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump 16b; a swing electric motor 6 connected mechanically with the swing hydraulic motor 5; an inverter 19 that controls operation of the swing electric motor 6; and a controller 21 that outputs to the inverter 19 a torque command value for controlling electric driving torque or electricity generating torque of the swing electric motor 6. The controller 21 includes a torque command value calculation section 24 that receives inputs of a swing operation amount signal of an operation lever device 15a and a boom raising operation amount signal of an operation lever device 15b and that outputs a torque command value of the electricity generating torque of the swing electric motor 6 to the inverter 19 when load pressure of the swing hydraulic motor 5 is determined to be higher than load pressure of the boom cylinder 10.

The control unit (48) includes a control switching unit (48A) that switches the rotational speed and the torque control according to the engine power demand and the rotational speed of the engine (15). The control switching unit (48A) switches from the torque control to the rotational speed control when during performance of the torque control, the engine power demand increases and the rotational speed of the engine (15) becomes lower than a predetermined rotational speed.

The present invention is provided with: an engine 11; a hydraulic pump 12 that is driven by the engine 11; a hydraulic actuator 17 that is driven by fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump 13; a discharge pressure sensor 12d that detects the discharge pressure from the hydraulic pump 13; a hydraulic regenerative motor 18 that is driven by the return hydraulic oil from the hydraulic actuator 17; a flow meter 18e that detects the flow rate of the return hydraulic oil; a flow dividing valve 50 that controls the rate of inflow to the hydraulic regenerative motor 18; a controller 15 that controls the flow dividing valve 50 according to the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor 12d and the flow rate detected by the flow meter 18e; a regenerative generator 19 that generates electric power by being driven by the power of the hydraulic regenerative motor 18; and a motor generator 13 that assists drive of the engine 11 by the electric power supplied from the regenerative generator 19.

摘要: A control apparatus for a hybrid construction machine which can continue filter regeneration without impairing the operability as far as possible irrespective of a condition of a machine body or a power storage device is provided.
The control apparatus for a hybrid construction machine includes an engine, a motor generator driven by the engine and capable of generating electric power, a hydraulic pump driven by total torque of the engine and the motor generator, a power storage device, an inverter, a filter that collects a particulate material in exhaust gas of the engine, and a control section that outputs a command signal for controlling powering operation or regeneration operation of the motor generator. The control apparatus further includes a powering operation limitation section that inputs thereto an ordinary torque command for the motor generator calculated by a torque command value calculation section and a demand signal for regeneration of the filter decided by a filter regeneration decision section and calculates the command signal in response to the input signals.
