This application provides a packet processing method, including: determining, by a first node, a first packet, where both a packet header and a segment routing header SRH of the first packet include a shared SID, the shared SID includes a first address identifier and a first function identifier, the first address identifier is used to identify address information of a terminating node, and the first function identifier is used to identify a same first function that needs to be performed by at least two nodes. If a plurality of nodes need to perform the same first function, the shared SID in the SRH can replace SIDs of all of the plurality of nodes. In this way, SID overheads can be reduced to save bandwidth resources, thereby helping improve system performance.

A reference signal sending method includes: obtaining a reference signal sequence, where the reference signal sequence includes multiple bits and exclusive OR of every two bits separated by one bit in the multiple bits is 1; performing Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying GMSK modulation on the reference signal sequence; and sending a modulated reference signal sequence. In the embodiments of the present invention, a reference signal sequence is designed as a sequence in which exclusive OR of every two bits separated by one bit is 1, GMSK modulation is performed on the reference signal sequence, and the same reference signal sequence is used to perform channel estimation during GMSK demodulation. Compared with a case in which a pseudo random sequence is used as a pilot symbol, channel estimation accuracy is improved, and channel estimation performance is further improved.

With the methods provided in the embodiments of the invention, when an audio signal has a switch from broadband to narrowband, a series of processes such as bandwidth detection, artificial band extension, time-varying fadeout process, and bandwidth synthesis, may be performed to make the switch to have a smooth transition from a broadband signal to a narrowband signal so that a comfortable listening experience may be achieved.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a resource scheduling method, a terminal device, and a network device. In the method, after receiving a configuration message of a network device, a terminal device obtains, based on the configuration message, first resource configuration information used to send a scheduling request, where the first resource configuration information includes information used to indicate a coverage enhancement level. Further, the terminal device sends a scheduling request to the network device on a first resource indicated by the first resource configuration information, where the scheduling request is used to request an uplink channel resource from the network device, and the terminal device performs no random access process when sending the scheduling request. In the method, the terminal device sends the scheduling request to the network device on the first resource indicated by the first resource configuration information that is in the configuration message, that is, notifies the network device that the terminal device needs to send data, and then directly sends uplink data without performing a random access process, thereby reducing power consumption and delay of the terminal device.
