    摘要: The invention relates to a device for comminuting a good to be comminuted, in particular in the meat processing industry. Said device is provided with cutting assemblies (A, C), each comprising an apertured plate (9.1, 9.3) and a rotating cutting head (10.1, 10.3) which rotates in front of said plate and which has cutting blades (11.1, 11.3).
