Abstract:
Provided is a competence diagnosis system for a urea water temperature sensor that can limit a diagnosis during a cold start. A competence diagnosis system for a urea water temperature sensor 129 includes a competence diagnosis unit 127 that diagnoses a failure of a temperature sensor 121 provided in a urea tank 105 by comparing a temperature of urea water measured by the temperature sensor 121 with an ambient temperature. The competence diagnosis system for a urea water temperature sensor 129 includes a cold start condition determination unit 128 that obtains a difference between an engine cooling water temperature and an ambient temperature, a difference between an engine cooling water temperature and a fuel temperature, and a difference between an ambient temperature and a fuel temperature by using an engine cooling water temperature, an ambient temperature, and a fuel temperature measured immediately after engine starting, and allows a diagnosis by the competence diagnosis unit 127 when the temperature differences are less than or equal to a predetermined threshold value.

Provided is a competence diagnosis system for a urea water temperature sensor that can prevent a misdiagnosis when urea water is replenished in a urea tank. A competence diagnosis system for a urea water temperature sensor 129 includes a competence diagnosis unit 127 that diagnoses a failure of a temperature sensor 121 provided in a urea tank 105 by comparing a urea water temperature measured by the temperature sensor 121 with an ambient temperature. The competence diagnosis system for a urea water temperature sensor 129 includes a urea water level condition determination unit 128 that stores a urea water level, which is measured by a level sensor 120 provided in the urea tank 105, in a storage unit 130 immediately before key-off, obtains a level difference between the urea water level stored in the storage unit 130 and a current urea water level after key-on, and allows a diagnosis by the competence diagnosis unit 127 through temperature comparison when the level difference is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold value.
Abstract:
Provided is a urea water consumption diagnostic device for urea SCR, capable of detecting if a pressurized fluid feed line or a dosing valve has been clogged or stuck with a foreign matter, or if the urea water has been left to continue spraying from the dosing valve. The urea water consumption diagnostic device for urea SCR includes a urea water sensor (22) that detects a level of the urea water (U) in a urea water tank (15), spray volume instruction means (30) that instructs a volume of urea water to be sprayed from the dosing valve (12) in accordance with NOx in an exhaust gas, instructed spray volume addition means (31) that adds up the instructed spray volumes instructed by the spray volume instruction means (30), consumption volume calculation means (32) that calculates a cumulative consumption volume (D) from a detection value input from the urea water sensor (22), and abnormality diagnostic means (33) that compares a cumulative instructed spray volume (P) from the instructed spray volume addition means (31) to the cumulative consumption volume (D) from the consumption volume calculation means (32) and determines whether the urea water spraying by the dosing valve (12) is normal or abnormal.
Abstract:
A diagnostic device for a sensor 100 provided in an exhaust passage 11 of an internal combustion engine 10 of a vehicle and detecting nitrogen compounds in exhaust gas, the diagnostic device including an offset diagnosis unit 42 which diagnoses, during deceleration of the vehicle in which the internal combustion engine 10 stops fuel injection, an offset amount of a sensor value of the sensor 100 from a zero point based on the sensor value of the sensor value, and a diagnosis prohibition unit 44 which prohibits the diagnosing of the offset amount when a flow rate of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine 10 rapidly increases while the offset amount is diagnosed by the offset diagnosis unit 42.
Abstract:
Provided are a NOx sensor diagnosis apparatus capable of diagnosing the appropriateness of a NOx sensor by considering environmental conditions and preventing misdiagnosis, and an SCR system. A NOx sensor diagnose apparatus, which diagnoses a NOx sensor 110 provided in an exhaust pipe 102 of an engine E and configured to detect the concentration of NOx in exhaust gas, includes a calculation value operating unit 2 configured to acquire the calculation value of the concentration of NOx in the exhaust gas based on the actuation state of the engine E, an error determining unit 3 configured to determine that the NOx sensor 110 is erroneous when a difference between the calculation value of the concentration of NOx acquired by the calculation value operating unit 2 and the detection value of the concentration of NOx detected by the NOx sensor 110 is larger than a determination threshold value, and a determination threshold value setting unit 4 configured to set the determination threshold value based on the temperature of the cooling water for cooling the engine E, an atmospheric pressure, and an outdoor temperature.
