摘要: A vehicle control device includes control means for executing coasting control to disengage a friction engaging element and set a rotation speed of a rotary shaft of a drive source at zero when a predetermined condition is established, the predetermined condition including at least a condition according to which an accelerator pedal is not depressed. The control means starts the coasting control after predicting that an actual speed ratio of a continuously variable transmission will be modifiable to a target speed ratio of the coasting control during the coasting control, even in a case where the accelerator pedal is not depressed but the actual speed ratio has not yet reached the target speed ratio.

摘要: The present invention has: a first control unit (61) that, when a sailing stop condition is satisfied, executes a sailing stop control for stopping a drive source (1) and setting an automatic transmission (100) to a neutral state; and a second control unit (62) that, when releasing the sailing stop control, if the magnitude of the deceleration of a vehicle is equal to or greater than a prescribed value, starts the drive source (1) to downshift a variator (3), and after the downshift is complete, fastens a fastening element (41). By doing so, it becomes possible to downshift the gear ratio of the variator before the vehicle stops, even if a brake operation is performed during the sailing stop control.

摘要: A vehicle is provided with: a drive system clutch (Fwd/C) disposed between the engine (1) and drive wheels (7); a torque converter (2) disposed between the drive system clutch (Fwd/C) and the engine (1) and equipped with a lock-up clutch (9), in which the magnitude of power transmission is controlled by hydraulic pressure; and an electric oil pump (50) capable of supplying hydraulic pressure while the engine (I) is stopped. Said engined car coasts as a result of sailing stop control in which, when a sailing stop travel condition is met, power transmission by the drive system clutch (Fwd/C) is blocked and the engine (1) is stopped. While coasting under sailing stop control, hydraulic pressure for putting the lock-up clutch (9) into a power-transmitting state is applied to the lock-up clutch (9).

摘要: Variator (20) and forward clutch (Fwd/C) disposed in series are provided between engine (1) having starter motor (15) and driving wheel (7). Sailing stop control that, on the basis of satisfaction of sailing entering condition, interrupts power transmission by frictional engagement element (Fwd/C), stops engine (1) and performs coast-travel is performed. When sailing entering condition is satisfied, coast-travel is started with rotation stop timing of variator (20) being delayed with respect to rotation stop timing of engine (1). When accelerator pedal depression operation intervenes after start of coast-travel, engine (1) is restarted by starter motor (15). When judged that input and output rotation speeds of frictional engagement element (Fwd/C) become synchronization rotation speed after restart of engine (1) , frictional engagement element (Fwd/C) is reengaged. Shift response from coast-travel to normal travel is therefore improved at change-of-mind at which sailing quitting condition is satisfied during progress of automatic stop of engine.

摘要: The invention is aimed at shortening the lag time until the initial acceleration/deceleration is reached while reducing the deterioration of engine exhaust when return is made after the sailing exit condition is satisfied. A variator (20) and a forward clutch Fwd/C are provided which are arranged in series between the engine (1) and the drive wheels (7). The sailing stop control is executed to coast by shutting off power transmission by the forward clutch Fwd/C and stopping the engine (1) on the basis of satisfaction of the sailing exit condition. In this engine vehicle, if the sailing exit condition is satisfied during coasting by the sailing stop control, the engine (1) is restarted. After the restart of the engine (1), the shift control is executed to set the speed ratio of the variator (20) to the speed ratio smaller than the coasting speed ratio. If the input and output revolution speeds of the forward clutch Fwd/C are determined to be the synchronous revolution speed after the end of the shift control of the transmission (variator (20)), the forward clutch Fwd/C is re-engaged.
