    摘要: A mechanically controllable valve-train assembly includes a plurality of gas exchange valves, at least two cylinders assigned to each of the gas exchange valves, and valve-lift adjusting devices which each comprise a rotatable eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft comprises at least one cam element and circumferential control surfaces which comprise at least one eccentric member. The eccentric shaft is driven by a drive device to set various valve-lift positions. A transmission assembly assigned to each of the gas exchange valves is mounted in a cylinder head via a bearing device so as to be movable and is operatively connected to one of the valve-lift adjusting devices and to a camshaft. The at least one cam element is operatively connected to a spring-loaded tappet element and is arranged outside the circumferential control surfaces and at a level of a zero-lift position of the circumferential control surfaces.

    摘要: The invention relates to a mechanically controllable valve train assembly for an internal combustion engine comprising at least two cylinders (4, 6) which respectively comprise at least one gas inlet valve (8, 10) and at least one gas outlet valve. At least one transmission arrangement (18, 20) is provided such that at least one intermediate lever arrangement (22, 24) and a swivel lever arrangement (26, 28) is associated with each gas inlet valve (8, 10). An intermediate lever (30, 32) of the intermediate lever arrangement (22, 24) comprises a working curve (38, 40) for cooperating with a swivel lever (46, 48) of the swivel lever arrangement (26, 28). The intermediate lever (30, 32) is operatively connected to a peripheral contour (14, 16) of a camshaft (12) and the intermediate lever arrangement (22, 24) comprises an engagement element (64, 66) which is operatively connected to a control contour (60, 62) of a valve stoke adjusting device (58) such that different valve strokes can be adjusted and a zero stroke adjustment of the gas inlet valve (8) of at least one shut-off cylinder (4) is possible. The valve stroke adjusting device (58) comprises a control shaft on which the control contours (60, 62) are arranged, all control contours (60, 62) for an idle range and a full-load range being essentially the same. Said control contours for a part-load range of the gas inlet valve (8) of the shut-off cylinder (4) have a section (68) which has a different shape compared to the control contour (62) for a part-load range of the gas inlet valve (19) of the remaining cylinders (6).

    摘要: A mechanically controllable valve drive includes a gas exchange valve on which a transmission arrangement acts via a working contour. The transmission arrangement comprises a first wheel element comprising a toothing which is connected to a camshaft, and a second wheel element comprising a toothing which acts on the gas exchange valve. The transmission arrangement is mounted to move in a cylinder head via a bearing, and is operatively connected to the camshaft and to a valve stroke adjusting device comprising an adjusting shaft. The first and second wheel elements are each mounted to rotate on the adjusting shaft and to be in a geared connection with each another via their respective toothing so that a rotation of the adjusting shaft effects a phase shift between the first and second wheel elements and so that a rotary fixing generates an oscillating movement of the first and second wheel elements.
