An electrochemical device including the separator is also disclosed.

    摘要: Disclosed is a separator for an electrochemical device having a low content of secondary particles formed by aggregation of an inorganic particles in the inorganic coating layer. Particularly, the separator has a low content of secondary particles protruding from the separator surface to a predetermined height or more. Since the inorganic particles are not aggregated but are distributed homogeneously in the inorganic coating layer, the separator allows uniform dispersion of pressure over the whole surface of the separator, when it is applied to a battery and pressure is generated in the battery due to the charge/discharge of the battery. In this manner, it is possible to minimize deformation of the separator. Meanwhile, when using a porous film made of a polymer material as a separator substrate, there is a low tendency for intensive application of pressure from the secondary particles to a local site of the separator substrate, and thus the separator substrate is less damaged and a possibility of short-circuit generation is reduced.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing unit cells. The method for manufacturing unit cells includes the steps of: A) preparing a pre-cell including a first separator sheet and a plurality of first electrodes disposed on the first separator sheet while being spaced apart from one another; B) forming a cutting guide line including a plurality of though-holes spaced apart from one another on the pre-cell; and C) cutting the pre-cell along the cutting guide line to form a plurality of unit cells. In addition, the apparatus for manufacturing unit cells includes: a hole-forming unit configured to form a cutting guide line including a plurality of though-holes spaced apart from one another, on a pre-cell including a separator sheet and electrodes disposed on the separator sheet; and a cutting unit configured to cut the pre-cell along the cutting guide line to form a plurality of unit cells.
