    摘要: A detector used in radio devices typically mobile communications equipment. A small detector detects frequencies in two predetermined bands separately with respective predetermined coupling. The detector comprises a first transmission line (1), and second and third transmission lines (2) and (3) disposed near the first transmission line (1). One end of the first transmission line (1) is connected to a terminating resistor (4), and the other end of the first transmission line (1) is connected to an anode terminal of a detecting diode (6) through a wideband matching circuit (5). A cathode terminal of the detecting diode (6) is connected to a load circuit (7).

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hybrid radio frequency (RF) switching device. It is an object of the invention to provide a hybrid RF switching device including fewer diodes and having a smaller size and high performance. To achieve the object according to the invention, the device includes first to fourth ports, a diode coupled between the first port and second port, a first transmission line having an electrical length of λg/4 (where λg is a wavelength of a frequency in a first frequency band), and a first element coupled in series with the first transmission line having an almost simple reactance component and nearly opening in a second frequency band. The first transmission line and first element are coupled in series between the second port and third port. The device further includes a second transmission line having an electrical length of λd/4 (where λd is a wavelength of a frequency in the second frequency band), and a second element having an almost simple reactance component and nearly opening in the first frequency band. The second transmission line and second element are coupled in series between the second port and fourth port.

    摘要: A high frequency switch used for a mobile communication apparatus, such as, a portable telephone or the like is provided. The dual band switch may be in an ON or an OFF state in two bands. The dual band switch may comprise a series circuit including a PIN diode and a compensation circuit. The compensation circuit may be formed having at least two series resonance points and one parallel resonance point. The circuit arrangement allows the impedance of the compensation circuit, which is capacitive at low frequency close to a direct current, to become inductive after a first series resonance point, so that a parasitic capacitance of the diode may be canceled in a first band. The impedance of the compensation circuit may also become inductive after a parallel resonance point and the following series resonance point, so that a parasitic capacity of the PIN diode may be canceled in a second band.
