A vacuum container (1) includes a metal tank (2) molded with insulating plastic (5), part of which serves as insulating barrier (20) in the form of a cylinder that encloses an extension of a movable ground contact conductor (13) extending from the vacuum container (1). A grounding/testing terminal (21) has one end extending into the insulating barrier (20) and the other end being outside the insulating plastic (5). The grounding/testing terminal (21) and the movable ground contact conductor (13) are electrically connected together through a second flexible conductor (22) in the insulating barrier (20).
