A resin composition including from 20 to 80 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (A) and from 80 to 20 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (B); wherein more than 35 mol% of all the constituent units of the polyamide resin (A) are constituent units including an alkylene chain having from 2 to 6 carbons; the polyamide resin (B) includes constituent units derived from a diamine and constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid, wherein 70 mol% or more of the constituent units derived from a diamine are derived from a xylylenediamine; from 30 to 70 mol% of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid are derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 8 carbons; from 70 to 30 mol% of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid are derived from isophthalic acid, with the proviso that the total does not exceed 100 mol%; and the polyamide resin (B) further includes phosphorus atoms in a ratio of 3 to 300 mass ppm, and calcium atoms so as to be the ratio that phosphorus atoms:calcium atoms of 1:0.3 to 0.7.-

A polyamide resin comprising a diamine-derived structural unit and a dicarboxylic acid-derived structural unit, wherein 70 mol % or more of the diamine-derived structural unit is derived from m-xylylenediamine; and 30 to 60 mol % of the dicarboxylic acid-derived structural unit is derived from a straight chain aliphatic α,ω-dicarboxylic acid containing 4 to 20 carbon atoms and 70 to 40 mol % of the dicarboxylic acid-derived structural unit is derived from isophthalic acid; the polyamide resin further comprises phosphorus atoms in a proportion of 20 to 200 ppm by mass, and calcium atoms in such a proportion that the molar ratio between the phosphorus atoms and the calcium atoms is 1:0.3 to 0.7.

摘要: Provided is a material having large anti-piercing force and small surface roughness. The material contains continuous reinforcing fibers that are juxtaposed unidirectionally, and having a polyamide resin impregnated therein, wherein the continuous reinforcing fiber gives a non-circular cross sectional shape, when viewed perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction thereof, with a flatness ratio, given by long diameter (D2)/short diameter (D1), of 1.5 or larger, and in at least one cross section of the material taken perpendicularly to the direction of the continuous reinforcing fibers being juxtaposed, the percentage of area occupied by the continuous reinforcing fibers, whose long diameter (D2) lying at an angle of less than 20 degrees away from the direction of the continuous reinforcing fibers being juxtaposed, is 30 to 90% by area of the continuous reinforcing fibers.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, which achieves barrier properties against various types of gases, while maintaining flexibility, and a molded body comprising the same. The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises an aliphatic polyamide, a semi-aromatic polyamide, and an impact modifier, wherein at least a part of the impact modifier is dispersed in the semi-aromatic polyamide, in the semi-aromatic polyamide, the molar ratio between diamine units and dicarboxylic acid units (the number of moles of diamine units/ the number of moles of dicarboxylic acid units) is in the range of 0.97 to 1.02, and the mass ratio of the impact modifier to the total mass of the semi-aromatic polyamide and the impact modifier is in the range of 5% to 15%.

摘要: The present invention provides a multi-layer structure having: a polyamide layer (A) comprising a composition containing an aliphatic polyamide such as a polyamide including C10-12 lactam-derived constituent units and/or C10-12 aminocarboxylic acid-derived constituent units; and a polyamide layer (B) comprising a composition containing, in a predetermined amount ratio, an aliphatic polyamide such as a polyamide including diamine units including at least 70 mol% of xylylenediamine-derived constituent units and dicarboxylic acid units including at least 70 mol% of C4-12 aliphatic dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent units, or a polyamide including a modified polyolefin and C6-12 lactam-derived constituent units and/or C6-12 aminocarboxylic acid-derived constituent units. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, this multi-layer structure has excellent flexibility as well as exceptional chemical resistance and gas barrier performance.
