    摘要： A laminate includes a polyethylene-based first film, a gas barrier layer, and a polyolefin-based second film in order. The gas barrier layer is a coated and dried product of a coating composition containing a main agent and a curing agent containing a water-dispersible polyisocyanate, the main agent containing a polyurethane dispersion containing a polyurethane resin which is a reaction product of an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer which is a reaction product of a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component containing a diol having 2 to 6 carbon atoms and an active hydrogen group-containing compound having a hydrophilic group, and a chain extender. The mass per unit area of the coated and dried product is 0.5 g/m 2 or more and 2.5 g/m 2 or less.

    摘要： In a laminate film 1 including a substrate 2, a polyurethane layer 3 formed on the substrate 2, and a metal vapor deposition layer 4 formed on the polyurethane layer 3, a coating liquid is applied on the substrate 2 and dried to produce the polyurethane layer 3. The coating liquid contains a water dispersible polyisocyanate and a polyurethane dispersion containing polyurethane resin produced by reaction of an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer with a chain extender. The isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer is produced by reaction of a polyisocyanate component including xylylene diisocyanate and/or hydrogenated xylylene diisocyanate and a polyol component including diol having 2 to 6 carbon atoms and an active hydrogen group-containing compound containing a hydrophilic group.

    摘要： A polyurethane dispersion is a polyurethane dispersion in which polyurethane resin produced by reaction of an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer with a chain extender is dispersed in water. The isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer is produced by at least allowing a polyisocyanate component containing xylylene diisocyanate and/or hydrogenated xylylene diisocyanate to react with a polyol component containing diol having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, a low-molecular-weight polyol having a functionality of three or more, and an active hydrogen group-containing compound containing a hydrophilic group. The chain extender contains an alkoxysilyl compound having a primary amino group, or a primary amino group and a secondary amino group, and the molar ratio of the hydroxyl group in the low-molecular-weight polyol having a functionality of three or more is less than 25% relative to a total mol 100% of the hydroxyl group in the polyol component.
