On the other recording track (T2) are continuously recorded video data for the left eye and voice data in synchronism with the video data for the right eye and voice data that are recorded on the neighboring recording track (T1). Video data for the right eye, video data for the left eye and voice data can be recorded easily and simultaneously onto the three-dimensioned video disc record (D) using two recording beams. The three-dimensional video data can be reproduced by simultaneously reproducing these two recording tracks using two reproducing beams. The ordinary plain video data can also be reproduced by continuously reproducing either one of the recording tracks using a single reproducing beam.
