The information sharing server includes: a re-sharing requesting unit, adapted to send a re-sharing setting request for allowing re-sharing after receiving a setting instruction for allowing information re-sharing from a sharing provider; a re-sharing setting unit, adapted to receive the re-sharing setting request for allowing re-sharing from the re-sharing requesting unit, and set target shared information to a state in which a sharing receiver is allowed to re-share the information; a re-sharing indicating unit, adapted to send a re-sharing request after receiving the re-sharing requesting instruction; and a re-sharing unit, adapted to receive the re-sharing request directed to the target shared information from the re-sharing indicating unit, and set the target shared information to a sharing state. Thus, a sound and flexible information sharing mechanism is provided.

The invention relates to a method and a device for identifying a virtual product when said product is distributed to third persons. The virtual product is presented in a digital form and the identification indicates which rights a third party has acquired with respect to the virtual product received. According to the invention, the virtual product is initially made available (S100) in the form of a file by a distributor. Subsequently, an electronic document is made available (S106) for the virtual product thus provided, said document containing information referring to the distribution of the virtual product. Then, the thus produced electronic proof is allocated (S108) to the file which is subsequently distributed (S110) to third persons. If the third party wishes to aquire rights to the received file, the necessary transactions are carried out (S120) using the information associated with the electronic document, so that the distributor of the virtual product can provide the third party with a predetermined right. At the end of said transaction, an electronic receipt is produced (S120) containing information relating to the rights aquired by the third party in the transaction and subsequently, the electronic receipt is allocated to the associated file with the associated document, received by the third party.

The processed content is provided over a secure data link to a conditional-access encoder at the central location. The state setting unit sets the state information of the security data as disabled. The data providing unit generates a copy of the security data, and transmits the generated copy to the second apparatus. The data deleting unit deletes the security data after the transmission of the copy is completed. The receiving unit receives a signal of notifying the completion of transmission of the copy from the second apparatus. The transmitting unit transmits the copy to the second apparatus according to the instruction of the data providing unit, or transmits a signal of notifying the completion of deletion of the security data to the second apparatus.
