A vinylated alkoxyamine represented by general formula (1) is produced by a process comprising the step of heating divinylbenzene together with a nitroxide compound and an organic peroxide to the heat decomposition temperature of the organic peroxide. In said formula, R1 represents aryl or R2O; R2 represents C¿1-12?, linear or branched (cyclo)alkyl; and R?3 and R4¿ each represents C¿4-6? tertiary alkyl or R?3¿ is bonded to R4 to form a C¿8-16? cyclic structure which is unsubsituted or substituted by any of aklyl, oxo, hydroxy, acyloxy, and alkoxy. A polymeric free-radical polymerization initiator having a pendant alkoxyamine group can be used to produce a graft polymer.

It is to provide a rubber composition for hot air cross-linking excellent in stability of storage and capable of cross-linking under the presence of ais, and to provide a cross-linked rubber having excellent mechanical property and heat resistance of the rubber after the cross-linking. A rubber composition for hot air cross-linking comprises 100 parts by mass of one or more rubber components (A) selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-propylene rubber and an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 1.0 parts by mass or more and 15.0 parts by mass or less of an organic peroxide (B), and 0.01 parts by mass or more and 9.0 parts by mass or less of a reducing agent (C).

Disclosed is a core-shell microparticle (10) which is produced by heating a mixture of a crosslinked microparticle (11) having an alkoxyamine group (12) and a monomer to 100 to 180°C to cause graft polymerization. The crosslinked microparticle (11) is produced by allowing a seed particle to absorb a monomer mixture comprising 15 to 99% by mass of a crosslinkable monomer and 1 to 85% by weight of a monomer having an alkoxyamine group, and then adding a polymerization initiator to the resulting product to cause the polymerization of the monomer mixture.
