摘要:
A graft copolymer having a structure in which a vinyl copolymer segment formed from a vinyl monomer having an acid is suspended in a molecular chain of a polyolefin resin segment via a β-substituted propylene group is obtained, by reaction of polyolefin resin having β-substituted propenyl group as a pendant and a vinyl monomer having an acid, and further a graft copolymer composition containing the same and a molded product thereof are obtained. The obtained graft copolymer, the composition containing the same and the molded product thereof are excellent in adhesive property to a polar material and scratch resistance.

Disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition containing a graft material and an organic peroxide group dispersion medium in which the graft material is dispersed. The graft material is obtained by melt-mixing a metal oxide fine particle having an organic peroxide group on the surface and a thermoplastic resin, and has a structure in which the thermoplastic resin is grafted to the metal oxide fine particle. The organic peroxide group on the surface of the metal oxide fine particle is preferably a peroxymonocarbonate group. The organic peroxide group on the surface of the metal oxide fine particle is preferably obtained by reacting a hydroxy group of a silicon oxide fine particle with an amino-modified silane coupling agent, thereby introducing an amino group to the surface of the silicon oxide fine particle, and then reacting the amino group with a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group and an organic peroxide group.

Disclosed is a core-shell microparticle (10) which is produced by heating a mixture of a crosslinked microparticle (11) having an alkoxyamine group (12) and a monomer to 100 to 180°C to cause graft polymerization. The crosslinked microparticle (11) is produced by allowing a seed particle to absorb a monomer mixture comprising 15 to 99% by mass of a crosslinkable monomer and 1 to 85% by weight of a monomer having an alkoxyamine group, and then adding a polymerization initiator to the resulting product to cause the polymerization of the monomer mixture.
摘要:
A graft copolymer composition which gives a molding retaining a satisfactory appearance over long and from which a molding less apt to be worn, marred, or bent can be easily molded. The graft copolymer composition comprises a graft copolymer of a multiphase structure as the main component and a lubricant comprising a fatty acid amide or alkylene oxide derivative. The graft copolymer comprises olefin polymer segments (a) and vinyl polymer segments (b), wherein particles of the segments of one polymer are dispersed in the segments of the other polymer. The particles have a diameter of 0.001 to 10 µm. The vinyl polymer segments (b) are formed from a polar vinyl monomer.

A graft copolymer composition capable of producing a molded product retaining a satisfactory appearance over a long period of time and having abrasion resistance, scratching resistance and bending resistance. The graft copolymer composition contains a graft copolymer as the main component and a lubricant including a fatty acid amide or an alkylene oxide derivative. The graft copolymer includes an olefin polymer segment (a) and a vinyl polymer segment (b). Particles of one segment are dispersed in the other one segment. The diameter of the particles is 0.001 to 10 µm. The vinyl polymer segment (b) is formed from a polar vinyl monomer.
