    摘要: A method includes receiving neighbor cell measurement results at a first relay node, the results originating from mobile device(s) located in a communications coverage area of the first relay node and that are served by the first relay node. Using the received neighbor cell measurement results, an amount of interference is estimated that is experienced by the first relay node due to operation of a second relay node. An interference report is sent that includes an indication of the estimated amount of interference from the first relay node to a network access node that serves the second relay node. The interference report is sent over a wireless link between the first relay node and the network access node that serves the first relay node, and from the network access node that serves the first relay node to the network access node that serves the second relay node.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for handling closed subscriber groups in a relay-enhanced system are provided in the invention. The method includes: retrieving setting information relating to closed subscriber groups of a donor base station and a relay node of a relay-enhanced cellular system; acquiring a whitelist defining one or more closed subscriber groups in which a terminal is a member, the terminal requesting access to the relay-enhanced cellular system via the relay node; and verifying (i.e. checking and/or validating) a membership of the terminal for both closed subscriber groups of the donor base station and the relay node based on the retrieved setting information and the acquired whitelist. With the method and apparatus of the invention, user access control via the relay node in the relay-enhanced access networks can be improved.

    摘要: There is proposed a mechanism providing functions of a so- called hybrid home node B (HHNB) where subscribers, depending on their belonging to a specific subscriber group, such as a closed subscriber group or an open subscriber group, are admitted for a connection to the communication network via different connection routes and systems.
