The PID control part calculates an amount of operation for control using the PID value with the internal target value as an input. The setting part sets the filter coefficients α and β using the target value, an initial value at the start time of control of the target value, and the proportional band.

摘要： This heating device (100) includes: a heater (10) for heating an object (1) to be heated; a temperature detection unit (20) for detecting a temperature of the object (1) to be heated; and a temperature regulator (30) which, on the basis of a detection value of the temperature detection unit (20) and a target temperature, controls the heater (10) so as to make the temperature of the object (1) to be heated equal to the target temperature. A first updating functional unit (24) updates the PID parameter through a first update process when the variation range of the measured value of the barrel (12) is greater than a first range, and a second updating functional unit (25) updates the PID parameter through a second update process when the variation range of the measured value of the barrel (12) is less than a second range.
