摘要： The invention relates to an integrated circuit which has a power transistor (T1, T2, T3) and a temperature-controlled configuration (20-25) thermally coupled therewith. The integrated circuit is intended to reliably disconnect the power transistor in the event of overheating, especially in the presence of inductive loads, and then energize it again, for example in case of a changing edge at the base terminal of the integrated circuit.
