摘要： The invention relates to a device for welding thermoplastic tubes (1, 2), to a welding method, and to a welding knife. The device according to the invention is provided for welding thermoplastic tubes (1, 2), wherein the tubes (1, 2) are placed into tube holders (100, 200) and squeezed with the aid of tube clamps. A welding knife is moved between the first and the second tube holder and severs the tubes (1, 2) in the process. Cut ends and residual ends are thereby produced. The cut ends are aligned with one another by a relative movement of one tube holder (100) with respect to the other tube holder (200) and, by a horizontal movement of the two tube holders (100, 200), are welded simultaneously to form continuous tubes.

摘要： In an apparatus for welding together thermoplastic hoses (1, 2), comprising two clamping units (10, 20) which in part can be rotated and displaced relative to each other and have two clamping jaws (11.1, 11.2, 16.1, 16.2, 21.1, 21.2) and which comprise through-passages between the clamping jaws in which the hoses can be inserted continuously parallel to each other and squeezed transversely to each other, and further comprising a heatable blade (3) for severing the hoses and melting the cut edges thereof between the clamping units, according to the invention an intermediate piece (14, 24) is disposed between the clamping jaws of the clamping units, thereby separating the clamped hoses from each other, and at least one of the two clamping units (10) has inner and outer clamping jaws, wherein the inner clamping jaws (16.1, 16.2) are held by the outer clamping jaws (11.1, 11.2), can be adjusted together with the same, and in a closed position can be rotated with each other and together with the intermediate piece (14) enclosed between them in the outer clamping jaws (11.1, 11.2).
