It is provided here that the lens holder (3) has a plastic part (17), in particular an injection-moulded part, with a tube region (3a) for receiving the lens (4) and a fastening region (3b) having an underside (3c), and the flexible conductor device (2) is attached to the underside (3c) of the fastening region (3b) in a material-bonded manner, and a non-conductive adhesive region (20) is formed between the front side (5b) of the image sensor (5) and the flexible conductor device (2), around the stud bumps, preferably to form a tensile stress.
