    摘要: This invention is in the field of the injection of liquid into tissue by generating a high pressure jet capable of passing through the skin.
    It is concerned with a hypodermic injection system for liquids comprising a medication container in which the liquid to be injected is located and which has two regions whereby the first region is squeezable or flexible and the second region contains at least one exiting orifice through which liquid can escape. The flexible region can be deformed by a pressure change in a surrounding container generated by an activatable gas generator and liquid is forced through at least one exiting orifice from the first container.
    This invention is also directed to means for controlling the pressure of the liquid jet as well as medication containers which enable a sterile injection of medication.

    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mikrosampler-Stechsystem zur Entnahme einer Körperflüssigkeitsprobe aus einem Körperteil, umfassend eine Probenentnahmeeinheit mit einem Stechelement, und ein Stechgerät mit einem Antrieb, mittels dem eine Probenentnahmeeinheit auf einem Bewegungsweg beweglich ist, um das Stechelement mit einer Einstich- und Rückführbewegung in die Haut des Körperteils einzustechen und wieder herauszuziehen, einer Einstelleinrichtung zum Einstellen der Einstechtiefe der zu erzeugenden Einstichwunde, und einer Steuereinrichtung zum Steuern der Einstich- und Rückführbewegung mit folgenden nacheinander ablaufenden Bewegungsphasen: Einer Vortriebsphase (V), bei der das Stechelement (5) bis zu einer vorgegebenen Einstechtiefe (dm) eingestochen wird, einer Rückzugsphase (R1), bei der das Stechelement (5) um eine Rückzugsstrecke (Δd) teilweise zurückgezogen und gegen Ende der Rückzugsphase (R1) abgebremst wird, so daß es mit einer vorgegebenen Reststechtiefe (dr) in die Haut hineinragt und einer Sammelphase (S), in der das Stechelement in die Haut hineinragt und eine Körperflüssigkeitsprobe von der Probenaufnahmeeinheit aufgenommen wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß die Einstelleinrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Einstechtiefe unabhängig von dem zeitlichen Mittel der sich während der Sammelphase (S) ergebenden Reststechtiefe (dr) einstellbar ist.
