摘要: The invention relates to a method, to a test element (50), and to a device (190) for determining at least one concentration of at least one analyte in a sample (110), in particular for detecting at least one metabolite in a sample (110) of a bodily fluid, wherein at least one test element (50) having at least one test chemistry (102) is used, wherein at least one reaction of the test chemistry (102) with the analyte is detected. The invention further relates to at least one marker (104, 104'), wherein the marker (104, 104') is different from the analyte (117), wherein at least one diffusion of the marker (104, 104') in the sample (110) or at least one component of the sample (110) is detected. At least one piece of correction information is produced from the diffusion of the marker (104, 104'), wherein the concentration of the analyte is determined from the reaction of the test chemistry (102) with the analyte while taking into account the correction information.

摘要: Electrochemical biosensor analysis system for analysing a liquid sample, in particular a body fluid. Said system comprises a biosensor (2), which is intended to be used once and has an electrode structure (16) comprising at least two electrodes (17, 18), a test field which covers the electrode structure (16) and is suitable for receiving the liquid sample and a defined sample feed surface on the top side of the test field, and an evaluation device having an evaluation unit for determining the desired analytical data. The electrode structure is homogeneously distributed on an effective electrode structure surface (23), which can be wetted by the liquid sample, with respect to a resistance measurement on a liquid layer having a defined conductivity and layer thickness. The test field is designed in such a manner that a drop of the liquid sample spreads at least over a partial area of the sample feed surface and a corresponding partial area of the effective electrode structure surface (23) is wetted. The evaluation device has an impedance measuring device in order to measure an impedance measured value between two electrodes (17, 18) of the electrode structure (16) using an area compensation measurement, wherein the measured impedance measured value is used as a measure of the partial area of the effective electrode structure surface (23) which is wetted by the liquid sample when determining the analytical data.

摘要: System and method for the determination of a coagulation parameter comprising a disposable test element (2) and an instrument (1) for evaluation thereof. The coagulation time is determined at a non-standard temperature different from a standard temperature for the respective coagulation parameter, said non-standard temperature being measured by a temperature measurement device (7) of the instrument, the instrument (1) has a non-volatile memory (18) containing data which define a mathematical relationship of coagulation time versus temperature which relationship is independent of the individual patient whose blood is examined, and the coagulation parameter for the standard temperature is calculated from the coagulation time measured at said non-standard temperature, using said mathematical relationship.
