摘要:
An oscillation circuit which can oscillate at a stable frequency without undergoing fluctuation in the power source voltage of a main power source. An electrostatic protection circuit (200) provided in an oscillation circuit (40) comprises a first electrostatic protection circuit section (210) connected between a signal line and a constant voltage (Vreg) to bypass a first-polarity electrostatic voltage penetrating into the signal line to the bypassing constant voltage (Vreg) side via a diode (72), and a second electrostatic protection circuit section (220) connected between the signal line and the ground side to bypass a second-polarity electrostatic voltage penetrating into the signal line to the ground via a diode (74).
摘要:
A power supply device for rectifying or blocking reverse current of power from an internal generator provided in a portable electronic equipment, such as, fit electronic equipment to be worn around the arm, by using a unidirectional unit including a diode, a by-pass switch connected in parallel with the diode, and a controller for turning on the by-pass switch when a forward voltage is generated in the diode, thus substantially eliminating the loss accompanied by the forward voltage at the time of power supply. Since the electromotive voltage of the generator which can be internally provided in the above type of electronic equipment ranges from a level substantially the same as the forward voltage to approximately several times the forward voltage, the rectification efficiency may be significantly improved by using the unidirectional unit.
摘要:
A power supply apparatus employs a unidirectional unit equipped with a diode, a bypass switch connected in parallel to the diode, and a controller which turns the bypass switch ON when a forward voltage appears in the diode in order to rectify or prevent the backflow of the power from a power generating unit built in portable electronic equipment of an arm-worn type or the like; it is able to eliminate almost all loss caused by the forward voltage at the time of power supply. The electromotive force of the power generating unit incorporated in arm-worn type electronic equipment ranges from almost the same level to about a few times the level of the forward voltage; hence, the use of the unidirectional unit enables rectifying efficiency to be markedly improved.

A constant-voltage generating circuit (100) which generates a constant voltage. The circuit (100) incorporates a first voltage generating circuit (110) which generates a reference voltage, and a second voltage generating circuit (130) which generates the constant voltage having a specified correlation with the reference voltage. The first voltage generating circuit (110) incorporates a first constant-current source (150-1) which supplies a constant current and a first transistor (112) for controlling voltage which is supplied with the above-mentioned constant current and outputs the above-mentioned reference voltage set on the basis of a prescribed potential. The constant current is set at the value of the saturated operating area of the first transistor (112) for controlling voltage.
摘要:
A constant-voltage generation circuit 100 creates a constant voltage. This constant-voltage generation circuit 100 comprises a first voltage creation circuit 110 for creating a reference voltage and a second voltage creation circuit 130 for creating the constant voltage which has a predetermined relationship with the reference voltage. The first voltage creation circuit 110 comprises a first constant-current source 150-1 for supplying a constant current and a first voltage-control transistor 112, through which this constant current flows, for outputting the reference voltage on the basis of a predetermined potential. The constant current is set to a value within the saturated operating region of the first voltage-control transistor 112.
