摘要： An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a wireless communication circuit; and a processor operatively connected to the wireless communication circuit, wherein the processor can receive a first signal, which includes information indicating whether a paging message is present, from an external device through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), confirm whether the identification (ID) of the electronic device is present from the paging message received through a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), in response to confirming that the paging message is present, confirm the quality of the first signal and the quality of a synchronization signal block (SSB) received from the external device, in response to confirming that the ID of the electronic device is present in the paging message, and determine whether to search for a new reception beam for wireless communication with the external device, in response to confirming that the quality of the first signal and/or the quality of the SSB satisfies specified conditions.
