The present disclosure provides a battery module comprising: a battery pack having at least one single battery and at least one power splicer; a sampling module having a flexible circuit board, wherein at least one voltage sampling terminal and temperature sensor are disposed on the flexible circuit board, the temperature sensor being connected with the power splicer, the voltage sampling terminal being electrically connected with the power splicer; and a shell to enclose the battery pack and the sampling module.

The power battery pack includes: a pack body, where an accommodating space is defined in the pack body, the pack body is provided therein with at least one widthwise cross beam or lengthwise cross beam, the widthwise cross beam extends along a width direction of the power battery pack, the lengthwise cross beam extends along a length direction of the power battery pack, and the accommodating space is divided into a plurality of accommodating chambers by the at least one widthwise cross beam or lengthwise cross beam; and a plurality of cells, disposed in the pack body and directly arranged in the accommodating chambers, where at least one cell is arranged in each accommodating chamber to form a cell array. The power battery pack according to the embodiments of this application has advantages of high space utilization, large energy density, long battery life, high reliability, low costs, high quality, and the like.

A battery pack, a method for controlling a battery pack, and a vehicle. The battery pack includes a control module (101), a battery core (102), a liquid leakage detection module (103), and a pre-charge switch module (104). The liquid leakage detection module (103) is connected with the control module (101), and the liquid leakage detection module (103) is configured to send a liquid leakage signal to the control module (101) when detecting that liquid leakage occurs in the battery core (102). The control module (101) is configured to prohibit sending a pre-charge on signal to the pre-charge switch module (104) upon receiving the liquid leakage signal while receiving a start signal for starting the battery core (102). The pre-charge switch module (104) is configured to prohibit connection of the pre-charge voltage end and the power output end when not receiving the pre-charge on signal, to prohibit the battery core (102) from outputting a pre-charge voltage through the power output end.

A battery pack and an electric vehicle are provided. The battery pack includes a housing; and a plurality of cells, provided in the housing, wherein the sum V1 of the volumes of the plurality of cells and the volume V2 of the battery pack satisfy V1/V2≥55%. The battery pack has a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to each other. A length direction of the cell is arranged along the first direction of the battery pack, and the plurality of cells are arranged along the second direction of the battery pack. The cell comprises a cell body, and the length of the cell body is 400-2500 mm.
