    摘要: DNA synthesizing reaction promoters containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of acidic substances and cation complexes; a method for synthesizing DNA wherein a DNA synthesizing reaction is effected by using a DNA polymerase in the presence of the above promoters; compositions for DNA synthesizing reactions which contain the above promoters; compositions for DNA synthesizing reactions which contain at least two DNA polymerases having 3'→5' exonuclease activity; a method for synthesizing DNA wherein a DNA synthesizing reaction is effected by using at least two DNA polymerases having 3'→5' exonuclease activity; kits to be used in synthesizing DNA in vitro which contain at least two DNA polymerases having 3'→5' exonuclease activity; and kits to be used in synthesizing DNA in vitro which contain the above-mentioned promoters and DNA polymerases. Thus, DNA can be synthesized at a higher efficiency than in the conventional DNA synthesizing reactions.
