摘要:
A group of functionalized polyaminocarboxylate chelants that form complexes with rare earth-type metal ions are disclosed. The complexes can be covalently attached to an antibody or antibody fragment and used for therapeutic and/or diagnostic purposes.
摘要:
Particle-emitting radionuclides, eg. Samarium-153, have been complexed with phosphonic acid derivatives of organic amine or substituted organic amine compounds wherein the nitrogen and phosphorus are interconnected by an alkylene group. These complexes have been found useful in the treatment of calcific tumors in animals.
摘要:
Bone marrow is suppressed by administering at least one bone marrow suppressing radionuclide composition having at least one of Samarium-153, Gadolinium-159, or Holmium-166 and at least one of ethylenediaminetetramethylenephosphonic acid, diethylenetriaminepentamethylenephosphonic acid, hydroxyethylethylenediaminetrimethylenephosphonic acid, nitrilotrimethylenephosphonic acid or tris(2-aminoethyl)aminehexamethylenephosphonic acid, or a physiologically-acceptable salt thereof.

Particle-emitting radionuclides, e.g. Samarium-153, are complexed with aminocarboxylic acid derivatives having at least one of the amine hydrogens replaced by a carboxyalkyl radical to provide complexes having log of stability constant (Log K) from 13 to 20. Physiologically acceptable salts of these complexes are also contemplated. The complexes are useful in the treatment of calcific tumors.

Particle-emitting radionuclides (Y-90 and In-115) have been complexed with phosphonic acid derivatives of organic amine or substituted organic amine compounds wherein the nitrogen and phosphorus are interconnected by an alkylene group. These complexes have been found useful in the treatment of calcific tumors in animals.
