摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing composite webs or composite sheets, consisting of at least a first lower cover layer (1) of metal, a second upper cover layer (2) of metal, and a core layer (3) of plastic, which is arranged between the cover layers (1, 2) and is integrally bonded thereto, wherein a first metal strip (4) for the lower cover layer (1), a second metal strip (5) for the upper cover layer (2), and a plastic web (6) for the core layer (3) are brought together and are integrally bonded to each other by the application of pressure and/or heat. The method is characterized in that the first metal strip (4) and the second metal strip (5) are each continuously coated with an adhesion promoter in a pretreatment line (V) and then wound and that the first metal strip (4), the second metal strip (5), and the plastic web (6) are then brought together in a laminating line that is separate from the pretreatment line (L) and are continuously bonded to each other by the application of pressure and heat in order to form a composite web.

The invention also relates to a system for implementing the method using a transverse curvature measuring device (15).

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a material composite (2) having at least two layers (3, 4) made of a metal material and at least one layer arranged between the two layers and made of a polymer matrix material (5), comprising the following steps: providing two metal bundles (6, 7), and a bundle (8) with a polymer film, unwinding the bundles and continuously supplying the metal bands (3, 4) and the polymer film (5) to a respective pre-heating unit; pre-heating the metal bands (3, 4) and the polymer film (5) in the pre-heating units (9, 10, 11) and continuously supplying to a coating-laminating-calendering unit (12) to create a material composite using pressure and/or temperature, subsequently supplying the composite (2) to at least one cooling unit (13) and/or at least one post-processing unit (14) and subsequently cutting to length the material composite to form sheets or winding up the material composite to form a bundle, wherein the first and the second metal band (3, 4) pass through at least a respective pre-treatment unit in a conditioning station (16.1, 17.1) between the unwinding and the pre-heating units (9, 10, 11), and the respective conditioned sides of the metal bands (3, 4) are brought into contact with the polymer film (5) in the coating-laminating-calendering unit (12) and joined to one another.

摘要: The invention relates to a strip processing device (1) for processing a strip (3), in particular a steel strip, guided in a processing region (2) of the strip processing device (1) along a running direction (R) of the strip, by means of at least one processing roller (4) that can be adjusted to the strip (3) guided through the processing region (2). The strip processing device (1) comprises: a roller holder (6) which is arranged on a base frame (8) such that it can pivot on a pivot axis (7), wherein the pivot axis (7) is oriented substantially parallel to a running surface of the strip; a first processing roller (4) which is arranged on the roller holder (6) in the running direction (R) of the strip, at a distance from the pivot axis (7) in a perpendicular direction to the running direction (R) of the strip, and offset from the the pivot axis (7) in such a way that, by pivoting the roller holder (6), the first processing roller (4) can be moved towards the strip (3) and the processing roller (4) can be moved away from the strip (3); a first counter processing roller (5) which is arranged in a transverse direction to the running direction (R) of the strip at a further distance from the first pivot axis (7) than the first processing roller (4) in such a way that the first processing roller and the first counter processing roller (5) cooperate to guide a strip (3) in the processing region (2) between the first processing roller (4) and the first counter processing roller (5), when the first processing roller (4) is moved towards the strip (3).
