Abstract:
A biomolecules detection method which detects a detection target biomolecule by a measurement of an electrochemical response, the method including: a standard solution measurement process which measures an electrochemical response of a standard solution which includes an electrochemically reactive agent having a direct or indirect binding capacity to the detection target biomolecule; sample solution measurement process which measures the electrochemical response of a sample solution, the sample solution containing, a sample material containing the detection target biomolecule, and the electrochemically reactive agent; a comparison process which compares an electrochemical response measurement result of the standard solution and an electrochemical response measurement result of the sample solution, and thereby obtains a comparison result; and a biomolecules content information detection process which, based on the comparison result, detects a content information of the detection target biomolecule in the sample solution.
Abstract:
A detection system of a test substance (10), includes: a magnetic body (2) that is modified by a first substance (3) capable of being bound to the test substance (10) at a first binding site of the test substance; a marker (4) that is modified by a second substance (3) capable of being bound to the test substance (10) at a second binding site of the test substance (10), the second binding site being a different site from the first binding site; a development medium (20) that has a flow passage (24) into which liquid, in which the magnetic body (2) and the marker (4) is dispersed, flows by a capillary phenomenon, the development medium having a detection position for detecting the marker (4) in a portion of the flow passage (24), the development medium having light transparency at least in the detection position; and a magnetic force generating portion (30) that is equipped in the development medium (20) in order to hold the magnetic body (2) in a portion of the flow passage (24).
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of detecting a target base sequence having a polymorphic base, the method including: (a) a step of adding to a nucleic acid sample having a target nucleic acid that includes a base sequence including the target base sequence: at least one type of detection primer, at least one type of competitive primer, and at least one type of common primer; (b) a step of annealing the detection primer and the competitive primer to the target nucleic acid in a competitive manner, thereby synthesizing an extension product A; (c) a step of annealing the common primer to the extension product A obtained in the step (b) or in the following step (d), thereby synthesizing an extension product B; (d) a step of annealing the detection primer or the competitive primer to the extension product B obtained in the previous step (c), thereby synthesizing the extension product A; and (e) a step of detecting the extension product A or the extension product B.
