A funnel component and a manufacturing method for manufacturing a packaging container using the funnel component are provided. The funnel component is manufactured by execution of the steps of: forming a first intermediate product that is tapered, by rolling the blank material; forming a second intermediate product by folding back and welding a narrow opening side portion of the first intermediate product; forming a third intermediate product having the side wall portion by folding the wide opening side portion of the second intermediate product back outward; forming a cylindrical discharge portion forming the narrow opening side portion, a first tapered portion that connects to the discharge portion and has a tapered shape, and a second tapered portion that has a tapered shape having a taper angle less than the first tapered portion, by performing a drawing process on the third intermediate product. The packaging container is manufactured by execution of the steps of: forming a cup-shaped container body having a cylindrical side wall, a bottom portion, and an open end; and inserting the funnel component through the open end of the container body thereinto so as to face the wide opening side portion of the funnel component toward the bottom portion of the container body, and joining an outer surface of the side wall portion to an inner circumferential surface of the funnel component.

A funnel component, and a packaging container using the funnel component are provided. A funnel component includes: a funnel portion having a diameter that is increased from a narrow opening side toward a wide opening side; a discharge portion that connects with an end portion on the narrow opening side; and a side wall portion that surrounds an opening portion, on the wide opening side, of the funnel portion, connects with the funnel portion, and is fitted into the container body. The funnel component is integrally formed by a sheet member including paper and sealant layer. A folded portion is formed, by the sheet member being folded back and welded over entire circumference, at an opening portion of the discharge portion. The packaging container is formed by the funnel component being fitted into a container body having an open end, a bottom portion, and a side wall.

In a packaging container in which a funnel-shaped spout is attached to a container body, positioning of a portion to which the funnel-shaped spout is attached is facilitated, and manufacturing costs are reduced. The packaging container includes: a container body having a body portion in which an engaging wall is provided, and a bottom portion provided at a first end of the body portion; a funnel part having a funnel shape within the body portion, and an wide opening end thereof is restricted from moving toward at least the first end by the engaging wall; and a sealing lid sealed to an opening portion which serves as the second end of the body portion while being in contact with a narrow opening end of the funnel part to seal the container body.

A container is provided that is used as a container permitting easy transfer into another container without spilling of contents at the time of work of refilling. The present invention relates to a container that is fitted in a container body of tubular shape having an open end, a bottom part and a side wall and that transfers contents into a preservation container. This container has: a funnel component (201) provided with a funnel (220) whose diameter decreases from a larger opening side toward a smaller opening side and provided with a plurality of ribs (228) that extend radially from the center of an opening part (222) on the smaller opening side of the funnel (220) so as to bridge a part with another part of the inner surface of the opening part (222) on the smaller opening side; and a container body.

Provided is a tubular container capable of inhibiting contents from remaining in the container. The tubular container includes: a trunk portion having a tubular shape one end of which is closed, the trunk portion being formed by using a film member containing a resin material, and being capable of storing contents therein; and a spout portion attached to the other end of the trunk portion, and capable of closing the other end of the trunk portion. On a peripheral portion of the spout portion, the other end of the trunk portion is adhered to a surface, of the spout portion, on a side opposite to the one end of the trunk portion. The spout portion may include a closing portion having a plate shape orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the trunk portion. The peripheral portion may be an edge of the closing portion. On the peripheral portion of the closing portion, the other end of the trunk portion may be adhered to a surface, of the closing portion, on the side opposite to the one end of the trunk portion.
