Disclosed is a substrate with a transparent conductive layer comprising a transparent supporting substrate, a thermosetting resin layer containing 50% by weight or more of a melamine resin, and a carbon nanotube conductive layer in this order, and a value of linearity of resistance of the carbon nanotube conductive layer is 1.5% or less. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a substrate with a transparent conductive layer having a conductive layer, which is excellent in tight adhesion to a substrate and in-plane uniformity.

The present invention is a sheet used for LED encapsulant, etc. , with the objective of providing a sheet with excellent light resistance or of providing a phosphor sheet in which the optical properties thereof are not impaired and which exhibits excellent film thickness uniformity even when comprising large-sized phosphor particles in high concentration. The constitution of the present invention is, in one embodiment, a phosphor sheet in which the content of phosphor is 53 weight% or more of the total sheet, and in another embodiment, a phosphor sheet characterized by comprising at least a silicone resin, a phosphor and silicone fine particles.

Also disclosed is a method for removing a conducting film, which uses the agent for removing a conductive film. The agent for removing a conductive film and the method for removing a conductive film are capable of in-place uniformity removing a desired portion of a conductive film.
