    摘要: A vehicle information processing unit 16 collects vehicle information, which is information relating to the discharge amount of exhaust gas of at least one at any of a predetermined point, a predetermined section, and a predetermined period of time. An ecological traveling history DB 26 accumulates the vehicle information collected by the vehicle information processing unit 16 for each point through which the vehicle has traveled. A display device 30 displays the vehicle information accumulated in the ecological traveling history DB 26 by an image on a map including each point for each point through which the vehicle has traveled. Therefore, it becomes possible to allow a driver to recognize previous traveling performance at the point through which the vehicle has traveled, and to more effectively provide the driver with a guide or a motivation to perform ecological traveling, thereby providing a more useful in-vehicle apparatus which allows the driver to perform ecological traveling.

    摘要: A vehicle environmental service system includes an in-vehicle information terminal 201 mounted in a vehicle, a center server 301 provided in a center, and a provider terminal 401 managed by an affiliated service provider providing various services to users. The in-vehicle information terminal or the center server has a point calculating unit for determining whether safety driving and/or ecological driving is being performed with respect to each of the users based on prescribed criteria and calculating the number of points to be awarded based on the result of the determination. The center server has a database 303 for managing total number of points obtained by accumulating the number of points to be awarded with respect to each of the users.
