Abstract: [Problem] To provide an additional use of a polysaccharide derivative such as a tissue adhesive material.
[Solution] According to some embodiments, a tissue adhesive material is provided, which is intended to be used for a hard and thick tissue and/or a connective tissue and comprises a polysaccharide derivative having such a structure that a group represented by formula (A) is introduced in an acidic, basic or amphoteric polysaccharide. According to some embodiments, a crosslinked structure and a tissue adhesive material comprising the crosslinked structure are provided, in which the crosslinked structure comprises (a) a polysaccharide derivative having such a structure that a group represented by formula (A) is introduced into an acidic, basic or amphoteric polysaccharide and (b) at least one of an amino-group-containing polymer and an amino-group-containing low-molecular-weight compound each containing at least two primary amino groups, hydrazide groups or aminooxy groups and a group represented by formula (x1), and the crosslinking is achieved by the covalent bonding between a primary amino group, a hydrazide group or an aminooxy group contained in the amino-group-containing polymer and the amino-group-containing low-molecular-weight compound and the group represented by formula (A) contained in the polysaccharide derivative through a Schiff base. According to some embodiments, a tissue adhesive material having a gel-like form is provided, which comprises a polysaccharide derivative having such a structure that a group represented by formula (A-2) is introduced into a polysaccharide containing an amino group, in which the group represented by formula (A-2) is introduced into the polysaccharide by substituting for a hydrogen atom in the amino group in the polysaccharide to form an amide bond.-

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to improve the efficiency and convenience of analyzing the degree of likelihood that a mutation is one that affects the development or progression of a disease. A common filter unit 53 of an analysis device 1 for selecting a cancer driver mutation in a subject classifies, on the basis of a first classification criteria, each of a plurality of sequence mutations identified by sequencing nucleic acids included in the subject into a rank from among rank MYC1 for which the likelihood of being selected as a target sequence mutation is the highest and ranks MYC2 to MYC4 for which the above likelihood is lower than that for MYC1. A parameter-setting reception unit 542 sets, as a second classification criteria, a classification criteria of having been registered in a database or a list, the second classification criteria being different from the first classification criteria for carrying out classification into rank MYC1. A seed gene filter 541 reclassifies, into rank MYC1, a sequence mutation that satisfies the second classification criteria from among the sequence mutations classified into ranks MYC2 to MYC4. The problem is thereby solved.

Abstract: A level of mouse Aβ1-40 and a level of mouse APP669-711 in a biological sample derived from an AD model mouse are measured by detection of markers including mouse Aβ1-40 and mouse APP669-711; an APP669-711/Aβ1-40 ratio which is a ratio of the level of mouse APP669-711 to the level of mouse Aβ1-40 is calculated; and when the ratio in the AD model mouse is higher than the same ratio in a reference mouse in which cerebral Aβ deposition is absent, it is judged that an amount of cerebral Aβ deposition in the AD model mouse is higher than an amount of cerebral Aβ deposition in the reference mouse.
