摘要:
The present invention relates to conjugates comprising an antibody, a detectable label, and a plurality of hydrazide thiol linkers. The present invention further relates to methods for detecting a target molecule in a cell or tissue sample, said methods using said conjugates.

摘要:
Methods and compositions for removing precipitates or reducing the formation of precipitates generated in hematoxylin solutions. The methods and compositions feature cleaning solutions that feature chemical compounds that initiate processes including but not limited to acidification of the waste solution, chelation of metal ions in the waste solution, reduction reactions, oxidation reactions, and metal salt addition reactions.

The present invention relates to antibody-signal generating moiety conjugates, wherein the antibody is covalently linked to the signal generating moiety through a heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker.
摘要:
The invention is directed to novel compositions of matter and methods of detecting in situ an immunohistochemical epitope or nucleic acid sequence of interest in a biological sample comprising binding an enzyme-labeled conjugate molecule to the epitope or sequence of interest in the presence of a redox-inactive reductive species and a soluble metal ion, thereby facilitating the reduction of the metal ion to a metal atom at or about the point where the enzyme is anchored. Novel phosphate derivatives of reducing agents are described that when exposed to a phosphatase are activated to their reducing form, thereby reducing metal ions to insoluble metal.
