摘要： It is intended to provide a method of assaying hyaluronic acid by using a support which suffers from little sedimentation of the support, is excellent in storage stability and shows such a high accuracy as being comparable with the existing reagents; and a reagent kit. Namely, a method of assaying hyaluronic acid characterized by comprising contacting hyaluronic acid in a sample with HABP to form a hyaluronic acid/HABP complex, then reacting the complex with a support carrying an anti-HABP antibody, measuring an optical change caused by an aggregate formed by the above reaction and calculating the amount of hyaluronic acid based on the measurement data; and a reagent kit for assaying hyaluronic acid which comprises a reagent containing HABP and a support carrying an anti-HABO antibody.
