Side wall's upstream portions (20b) of the vertical blocking rib piece (20) are formed as angled surfaces whose distance from each other decreases from the downstream side to the upstream side, and/or, an end portion of the vertical blocking rib piece (20) that is located on the downstream side is tucked in at least one of the inner flow channel (15) and the outer flow channel (17).

摘要: A problem to be solved by this invention is providing a device enabling to control the problem of delamination in the laminated and biaxially drawn, blow molded bottle (201). A major means of this invention to solve this problem is provision of a device to be used to injection mold a laminated preform (101) and draw it biaxially so that blow molded bottle (201) exhibits vertical connecting zones (214a) having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers (211, 212, 213) welded directly with each other are formed in parallel in a circumferential direction and in a plural number along an axial direction of the bottle and are disposed on both right and left sides of each intermediate layer (213) segment to be formed in this height range (h2), and that horizontal connecting zones (214p) having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers welded directly with each other are also formed in parallel in an axial direction and in a plural number along a circumferential direction of the bottle and are disposed on both upper and lower sides of each intermediate layer segment to be formed, thus allowing the intermediate layer (213) to be segmentalized in the circumferential and axial directions by both the vertical (214a) and horizontal (214p) connecting zones.

摘要: It is intended to effectively prevent deteriorations of container performance, such as strength lowering at pinchoff area and exposure of recycled material at mouth tubular portion attributed to an increase of the ratio of recycled material employed. Accordingly, with respect to the multilayered blow container with mouth tubular portion, shoulder portion, trunk portion and bottom portion composed of at least an external layer, an internal layer and one interlayer, formed by blow molding of a tubular multilayered parison obtained by extrusion molding, the external layer and the internal layer are formed from a single synthetic resin, and the interlayer is formed from a recycled material containing as a main component the synthetic resin constituting the external and internal layers. Along the direction of parison extrusion, in a given area, there is provided a nonforming region where no interlayer exists, or a thin layer region where the interlayer is thinner in other regions.
