    摘要: The present invention provides a proton conducting polymer which provides proton conductivity without humidification and is suitable for electrochemical device materials such as solid electrolytes for fuel cells and electrolytes for batteries. The proton conducting compound is produced by polymerization of a salt of a melamine compound represented by the following equation (2) and a Bronsted acid:

    摘要: Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device (organic EL device) that is improved in luminous efficiency, sufficiently secures driving stability, and has a simple configuration. This organic EL device comprises organic layers between an anode and a cathode piled one upon another on a substrate and at least one organic layer selected from a light-emitting layer, a hole-transporting layer, an electron-transporting layer, and a hole-blocking layer contains a carbazole compound represented by the following formula (1). In the case where the light-emitting layer of the organic electroluminescent device contains a phosphorescent dopant and a host material, it is the carbazole compound that is contained as the host material. In formula (1), X is C-Y or a nitrogen atom; Y is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or an aromatic group; n is an integer of 2 to 4: A is an n-valent aromatic group; L is a direct bond or a divalent aromatic group; and R is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or a cycloalkyl group.

    摘要: Provided is an industrially excellent surface-treated copper foil which satisfies requirements for adhesiveness to an insulating resin such as polyimide, heat-resistant adhesiveness, chemical resistance and soft etching properties. Also provided is a method for producing a surface-treated copper foil which achieves a high adhesion strength between an insulating resin and the copper foil, shows high chemical resistance in circuit formation and sustains good soft etching properties after forming vias by laser-processing. A base copper foil is subjected to a roughening treatment to give a surface roughness (Rz) of 1.1 µm or below. On the roughened surface, an Ni-Zn alloy layer is formed. The aforesaid roughening treatment is conducted in such a manner that the roughened surface comprises sharp-pointed convexes, which have a width of 0.3-0.8 µm, a height of 0.6-1.8 µm and an aspect ratio of 1.2-3.5, and the surface roughness (Rz) of said base copper foil is increased by 0.05-0.3 µm. The aforesaid Ni-Zn alloy layer has a Zn content of 6-30 wt% and a Zn deposition amount of 0.08 mg/dm 2 or more.

    摘要: Disclosed is a useful organic EL device which comprises a phosphorescent light-emitting layer and is endowed with improved luminous efficiency and high driving stability. Also disclosed is a hole-transporting material suitable for use in the phosphorescent light-emitting device. The hole-transporting material is a triptycene derivative which has substituents at the 9- and 10-positions and is substituted with an aromatic group containing at least one diarylamino group (-ArNAr 2 ). The organic EL device contains the triptycene derivative in at least one organic layer selected from the group of a phosphorescent light-emitting layer, a hole-transporting layer, an electron-blocking layer, and an exciton-blocking layer. The diarylamino group (-NAr 2 ) may be fused to form an aromatic heterocyclic group such as a carbazolyl group.
