摘要： The present invention relates to a tea composition. In particular, the present invention relates to an iron fortified tea composition. Accordingly, the present invention provides a beverage composition comprising;
a) a water-soluble iron compound;
b) at least one acid; and
c) a beverage product,
wherein:
- the water-soluble iron compound has a solubility in water at 25 °C of 0.006g/mL or greater; and
- when the acid is ascorbic acid, one or more further acids are also present.
