    摘要: Mit der Erfindung wird ein Implantatsystem angegeben, welches eine vergleichsweise zuverlässige Verankerung im Knochen bei hoher Primärstabilität erlaubt, ohne die Nachteile der aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verfahren mit sich zu bringen. Ein solches Implantatsystem beinhaltet ein Knochenimplantat (10) und ein Verankerungsmittel zum Verankern des Knochenimplantates (10) in einem Knochen (K). Es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Verankerungsmittel ein mittels eines biokompatiblen, wasserlöslichen Lösungsmittels gelöstes und so verflüssigtes Polymer oder Polymergemisch ist.
    In einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung wird ein neuartiges Knochenimplantat bereitgestellt, welches sich zur Verwendung in einem erfindungsgemäßen Implantatsystem eignet.
    Solch ein Knochenimplantat (10) zur Verwendung in einem erfindungsgemäßen Implantatsystem, zum Einsetzen in einen menschlichen oder tierischen Knochen (K) eines lebenden Körpers für den dauerhaften Verbleib, hat einen in den Knochen (K) einzusetzenden Halteabschnitt (11) und einen mit dem Halteabschnitt (11) verbundenen Funktionsabschnitt (13). Es zeichnet sich aus durch wenigstens einen von einer Zugangsöffnung (15) außerhalb des Halteabschnittes (11) her zugänglichen, im Innern des Knochenimplantates (10) verlaufenden Kanal (14), der in einem Bereich des Halteabschnittes (11) in wenigstens einer Austrittsöffnung (18, 19) mündet.
    Schließlich wird in einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung auch noch ein Verfahren zum Festlegen eines Knochenimplantates in einem Knochen angegeben.
