摘要:
The present invention relates to an absorbent core of an absorbent product including a liquid-permeable top sheet, an absorbent dispersion layer disposed at a lower portion of the top sheet, an absorbent core disposed at a lower portion of the absorbent dispersion layer and absorbing and retaining liquids, and a liquid-impermeable back sheet disposed at a lower portion of the absorbent core, and the absorbent core has effects of having the convenience of storage and the activity when an absorbent product prepared therefrom is worn by a user and improving liquid permeability compared to an existing absorbent core.

Bio-based glacial acrylic acid, produced from hydroxypropionic acid, hydroxypropionic acid derivatives, or mixtures thereof and having impurities of hydroxypropionic acid, hydroxypropionic acid derivatives, or mixtures thereof, is polymerized to poly(acrylic acid) or superabsorbent polymer using the same processes as petroleum-derived glacial acrylic acid.
摘要:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an absorbent article in which a bonding part for bonding a liquid-permeable layer to an absorbent core has been formed in a low-basis-weight region of the absorbent core and which has all of sufficient flexural rigidity of the bonding part, sufficient bonding strength of the bonding part, and sufficient liquid-absorbing properties. This problem is solved with an absorbent core (4) which comprises a first region that has a given absorbent-material basis weight and second regions (regions 411a, 411b) that have a lower absorbent-materia basis weight than the first region, wherein the ratio of the basis weight of a highly absorbing polymer to the basis weight of the absorbent material in the second regions is regulated to 10/100 to 47/100, and compressed parts (5a, 5b) are formed inside the second regions.

An absorbent article includes an absorbent composite which comprises substantially water-insoluble, water-swellable, non-regenerated, carboxyalkyl cellulose fibers. The fibers have a surface having the appearance of the surface of a cellulose fiber and comprise a plurality of first intra- fiber multi-valent metal ion crosslinks and a plurality of second intra-fiber crosslinks selected from ether crosslinks or ester crosslinks. In addition, the absorbent composite has been subjected to a treatment to create interfiber bonding between the fibers of the composite either throughout the composite or only on the surface of the composite.

A binder is applied to fibers (600) to bind particles (602) to the fibers. The fibers have hydrogen bonding functional groups. The particles have functional groups capable of forming a hydrogen bond or a coordinate covalent bond. The binder comprises binder molecules, wherein the binder molecules have at least one functional group that forms a hydrogen bond or a coordinate covalent bond with the particles, and at least one functional group that forms a hydrogen bond with the fibers. A substantial portion of the particles that may be adhered to the fibers are adhered in particulate form by hydrogen bonds or coordinate covalent bonds to the binder, and the binder in turn may be adhered to the fibers by hydrogen bonds. Fibers containing particles bound by this method are easily densified.

A process for forming an absorbent fibrous web composite includes the initial step of forming a fibrous web fromhydrophilic fibers and, optionally, thermoplastic fibers. Then, a superabsorbent polymer is completely formed in situ on or in the fibrous web by adding one or more superabsorbent polymer precursor compositions to the fibrous web using a non-contact process, and performing the polymerization reaction(s) completely on or in the web.
