摘要: A method of manufacturing a substrate having a plurality of micro-channels formed therein, the method comprising:
providing a suspension containing a substrate material in particulate form and a polymer in a first solvent; introducing the suspension into a mould or extruding the suspension;
contacting the suspension with a second solvent to remove at least some of the first solvent from the suspension and thereby form a green body having micro-channels from said substrate material and said polymer;
sintering the green body to form a sintered body; and removing at least a portion of a surface layer of the sintered body.-

摘要: Provided is a honeycomb structure 100 including: a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure body 4 that includes a porous partition wall which defines and forms a plurality of cells 2 formed as fluid flow passages and extending from a first end face as one end face to a second end face as the other end face, and that includes a circumferential wall 3 located at an outer circumference of the honeycomb structure body; and a pair of electrodes 6 and 6 which are disposed on a side surface of the honeycomb structure body 4. Here, an open frontal area of a center part 21 is 0.70 to 0.95 times an open frontal area of an outer circumferential part 22, where the center part 21 is defined as an area from a center of the honeycomb structure body 4 to a position of 10% of a length from the center to the outer circumference in a direction toward the outer circumference in a cross-section orthogonal to an extending direction of the cells 2 of the honeycomb structure body 4, and the outer circumferential part 22 is defined as an area from the outer circumference to a position of 10% of a length from the outer circumference to the center in a direction toward the center in the cross-section. The honeycomb structure is a catalyst carrier and also serves as a heater when a voltage is applied thereto, and is able to raise a temperature thereof to a necessary temperature up to a center part thereof in a short time when a voltage is applied thereto to purify an exhaust gas.

摘要: The invention pertains to a catalysed particulate filter provided in its entire dispersion side and within its partition walls with a first catalyst being active in selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides, and in its entire permeate side with a second catalyst combination with a catalyst being active in oxidation of ammonia mixed with a catalyst being active in oxidation of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons and a method for its preparation. The mean particle size of the first catalyst is smaller than the mean pore diameter of the longitudinal porous walls, and the mean particle size of the second catalyst combination is larger than the mean pore diameter of the longitudinal walls. In the example, the first catalyst is a silica aluminium phosphate SAPO-34 promoted with 2% copper and the second catalyst is a mixture of platinum and palladium (molar ratio 3:1) supported on alumina particles and beta zeolite powder with 1.0% copper.

摘要: The present invention provides an ultra-stable rare earth type Y molecular sieve and the preparation method thereof, which method is carried out by subjecting a NaY molecular sieve as the raw material to a rare earth exchange and a dispersing pre-exchange, then to an ultra-stabilization calcination treatment. The molecular sieve comprises 1 to 20% by weight of rare earth oxide, not more than 1.2% by weight of sodium oxide, has a crystallinity of 51 to 69%, and a lattice parameter of 2.451 nm to 2.469 nm. In contrast to the prior art, in the molecular sieve prepared by this method, rare earth ions are located in sodalite cages, which is demonstrated by the fact that no rare earth ion is lost during the reverse exchange process. Moreover, the molecular sieve prepared by such a method has a molecular particle size D(v,0.5) of not more than 3.0 µm and a D(v,0.9) of not more than 20 µm. Cracking catalysts using the molecular sieve as an active component is characterized by a high heavy-oil-conversion capacity and a high yield of valuable target products.

摘要: Exhaust systems and components are suitable for use with gasoline engines to capture particulates and to reduce gaseous emissions, where three-way conversion (TWC) catalysts located on a particulate filters are provided. Coated particle filters having washcoat loadings in the range of 1 to 4 g/ft3 result in minimal impact on back pressure while simultaneously providing TWC catalytic activity and particle trapping functionality to meet increasingly stringent regulations such as Euro 6. Sufficient to high levels of oxygen storage components (OSC) are also delivered on and/or within the filter. The filters can have a coated porosity that is substantially the same as its uncoated porosity. The TWC catalytic material can comprise a particle size distribution such that a first set of particles has a first d90 particle size of 7.5 μm or less and a second set of particles has a second d90 particle size of more than 7.5 μm.

摘要: A method for producing a fatty acid ester through desulfurization of sulfur from a fatty acid ester using a catalyst, wherein the catalyst carries a catalyst metal on a support, (a) the catalyst contains as the catalyst metal one or more elements selected from the elements of group 9, group 10 and group 11 of the periodic table, (b) the total pore volume of the catalyst is 0.05 mL/g or more, and (c) the volume of pores with a pore size of 0.1 μmι or more and 500 μm or less is 50% or more of the total pore volume of the catalyst. A desulfurization method using the desulfurization and a method for producing an alcohol through hydrogenation of the fatty acid ester obtained through the desulfurization are also provided.

The method for producing an amide compound comprises reacting a nitrile compound and water in a liquid phase in the presence of the amide compound production catalyst.
