A composition of a decorative liquid polish for nails, comprising at least one solvent, in a percentage of from 75 to 90%, at least one fixer/film-forming agent in a percentage of from 0.5 to 3% and at least one colorant in a percentage of from 5 to 20%; possibly, at least one perfume, in a percentage of from 0.1 to 1%, and at least one additive, in a percentage of from 0.1 to 5%; the above percentages being expressed by weight.
