    - at least one branch flow passage, the branch flow passage allowing fluid communication between the main flow channel and a quiet zone outside the tube and within the inner space which is defined by the housing,
    - at least one return flow passage the return flow passage allowing fluid communication between the quiet zone outside the tube and the main flow channel, wherein the return flow passage is located at an upstream side of the housing, when viewed along the direction of flow in the main channel, and
    - wherein the quiet zone has a greater cross-sectional area than the main channel and wherein the removal device is constructed to branch off only a relatively small portion of the main flow.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a removal device for removing gas bubbles and/or dirt particles from a liquid in a liquid conduit system or for removing a second liquid from a first liquid in the conduit system, the removal device comprising: - a main channel for a main flow, the main channel having an entry and an exit which are configured to be connected to the conduit system, - a housing which defines an inner space, wherein the housing is pivotably connected to the main channel via a single pivotable coupling, - at least one supply channel extending from the main channel to the inner space, - at least one return channel extending from the inner space back to the main channel, directly or indirectly via a return chamber, - at least one quiet zone in the inner space in which in use the liquid has a substantially smaller velocity than in the main channel, the quiet zone being configured to allow dirt particles or a relatively heavy liquid to settle at a lower end of the housing and/or gas bubbles or a relatively light liquid to rise to an upper end of the housing, wherein the quiet zone comprises energy dissipating devices which cause friction and a further decrease of the velocity. The removal device further comprises means to remove dirt particles or relatively heavy liquid, and/or gas or relatively light liquid out of the housing.

A fluid flow speed gradient is established between the liquid sewage third fluid flow and the liquid sewage first fluid flow. In this manner, grit is separated from liquid sewage.

    摘要: Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Abzug von zur Entmischung neigenden Suspensionen aus einem Reaktor (1), insbesondere einem Biogasreaktor beschrieben. Über eine großdimensionierte Bodenabzugsleitung (3,4) wird ein Suspensionsstrom mit hohem Feststoffanteil abgezogen und bevorzugt einem Separationsreaktor (2) zugeführt. Im Separationsreaktor (2) wird eine gezielte Entmischung der Suspension herbeigeführt, so dass die zur Ablagerung neigenden Stoffe ausgeschleust werden können.
