    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Trennen einer Suspension in ein eingedicktes Retentat und ein Permeat. Dabei wird die Suspensions in einen Suspensionsraum eingeleitet, in welchem mindestens ein permeables Trennelement mit einer Trennfläche vorgesehen ist. Zumindest ein Rührglied in dem Suspensionsraum wird in einem geringen Abstand über die Trennfläche relativ zu dieser bewegt. Dabei wird in einem Spalt zwischen dem Rührglied und der Trennfläche eine Strömung quer zur Trennfläche erzeugt. Durch Anlegen eines Differenzdrucks zwischen dem Suspensionsraum und einem Permeatraum durchdringt das Permeat das Trennelement. Das Permeat wird über eine Permeatleitung abgeleitet. Zur Vermeidung des Anfiltrierens einer Grundschicht wird in bestimmten Zeitabständen der Differenzdruck für eine definierte Zeitspanne aufgehoben, während der das Rührglied weiter über die Trennfläche bewegt wird. Das Aufheben des Differenzdrucks wird mittels Öffnen oder Schließen von Ventilen erzeugt, welche an der Permeatleitung, dem Zulauf oder dem Ablauf vorgesehen sind.
