The locking mechanism comprises a guide rail disposed on a machine frame of the bottle blowing machine, a sliding block slidable along the guide rail, a swing member swingably connected on the machine frame around a first axis for driving the sliding of the sliding block, and a rotation member for controlling the swinging of the swing member relative to the machine frame. The rotation member is connected with a power source and driven by the power source to rotate around a second axis relative to the machine frame. In the present invention, a different locking mechanism is utilized, thereby making the volume of the whole device smaller.

The invention relates to a reshaping station (1) for reshaping plastic preforms (10) into plastic containers. The reshaping station (1) has two lateral part supports (4, 6) for supporting lateral parts (14, 16) of a blow mold and preferably a base part support for supporting a base part of the blow mold. The lateral parts (14, 16) and the base part (18) of the blow mold together form a cavity (15) within which the plastic preforms (10) can be reshaped into the plastic containers by applying a flowable medium. At least one of the two lateral part supports can be pivoted relative to the other lateral part support with respect to a specified main axis (S) in order to open and/or close the blow mold, and the reshaping station has a locking mechanism in order to lock one lateral part support (4) with the other lateral part support (6) in a closed state of the blow mold. The locking mechanism (20) has a first locking element (22) which can be pivoted with respect to a specified pivot axis (S1) and which engages into a second locking element (24) in order to lock the lateral part supports. According to the invention, at least one of the two locking elements has a first contact surface (26) which is suitable for interacting with a second contact surface (28) of the second locking element (24) when locking with the second locking element (24). At least one of the contact surfaces is designed such that the two lateral part supports (4, 6) are forced against each other during a pivoting process of the first locking element (26) with respect to the pivot axis (S1) in the direction of the second locking element (28).

Each of the half molds is positioned on a carrier plate and includes first, second, and third mold segments. The first and third mold segments can move with respect to each other and with respect to the second, fixed mold segment. A mechanical structure creates vertical movement of the first and third mold segments relative to the second mold segment as the mold opens horizontally, without the aid of any electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic device. A closing unit engages the carrier plate to move the carrier plate and its respective half mold toward and away from the opposing half mold and its respective carrier plate, thereby closing and opening the mold.

The linkage comprises a mould opening and closing assembly and a bottom mould positioning assembly for positioning the bottom mould relative to the machine frame of the bottle blowing machine. The mould opening and closing assembly comprises a bottom mould movable relative to a machine frame in up-down direction, a fixed mould plate and a moving mould plate. The bottom mould positioning assembly comprises a plurality of sliding blocks slidably disposed on the machine frame, multiple swing members swingably disposed on the machine frame for driving the sliding of the plurality of sliding blocks and a rotation member rotatable relative to the machine frame for driving the swinging of the swing members during its' rotation. The moving mould plate and the rotation member are fixedly connected with a rotation shaft which rotates around an axis of rotation. In the mould closing state, the moving mould plate is engaged with the fixed mould plate, the plurality of sliding blocks are inserted between the bottom mould and the machine frame and contact against the bottom mould. In mould opening state, the sliding blocks are detached from the bottom mould. The moving mould plate and the rotation member are driven by the rotation shaft to rotate, and the rotation of the rotation member is converted into the sliding of the sliding blocks, thereby achieving the linkage of the mould opening and closing and bottom mould positioning.

The elevating assembly comprises an elevating rod, the bottom mould is mounted on an upper end of the elevating rod, and the elevating rod is driven by the driving assembly to elevate. The driving assembly comprises a rotation shaft rotatably disposed on the machine frame, a cam fixedly connected on the rotation shaft, and a sliding part mounted on the elevating rod, a guiding groove is opened on the cam, and the sliding part is inserted into the guiding groove. In the course of rotation of the rotation shaft, the contact position of the guiding groove with the sliding part rises or descends. The positioning assembly comprises a plurality of sliding blocks, multiple swing members for driving the movement of the sliding blocks and a rotation member fixed on the rotation shaft for controlling the swinging of the swing members. The linkage has at least work positions, in the first work position, the plurality of sliding blocks are inserted between the bottom mould and the machine frame and contact against the bottom mould, in the second working position, the sliding blocks are separated from the bottom mould and the bottom mould moves towards the machine frame. In the invention, the linkage of the bottom mould elevating and positioning is achieved by means of a power source, this will reduce the volume of the whole device.
