These handrails 3 are each made from a laminated glass panel 5 of at least two glass plates 7 attached to each other through adhesive interlayers 9 being present between main surfaces of the glass plates facing each other.
To flat parts of the crosscut undersides 11 of the laminated glass panels 5 flat parts of metal connecting elements 13 are attached for connecting the laminated glass panels to a base structural element 15 that forms the steps of the staircase or floor slab. The metal connection elements 13 are exclusively attached to the crosscut underside 11 of the laminated glass panels 5 by an adhesive interlayer 17. This interlayer 17 is of the same kind as the interlayers 9 between the glass plates of the laminated glass panel.-

摘要: A laminated plate includes first and second plates bonded to each other via an intermediate film. The laminated plate further includes a first main surface of the first plate and a fourth main surface of the second plate arranged on sides opposite to the intermediate film, respectively; and a second main surface of the first plate and a third main surface of the second plate being in contact with the intermediate film, respectively. A thickness of the first plate is thicker than a thickness of the second plate. In at least a part of an outer periphery of the laminated plate, on a cross-sectional surface orthogonal to the outer periphery, the first plate has a first linear chamfered part which extends diagonally to the second main surface, and the second plate is located on an inner surface side of an extended line of the first linear chamfered part.

摘要: Methods of bonding hardware to glass and other substrates are provided that do not require use of primers, mixing, fixturing, or autoclaving. These methods include the steps of disposing an adhesive layer on a bonding surface of either the hardware or the vehicular glass, the adhesive layer comprising a curable composition that is dimensionally stable at ambient conditions; either before or after disposing the adhesive layer on the bonding surface, irradiating the adhesive layer with ultraviolet radiation to initiate curing of the curable composition; placing the hardware so as to be bonded to the vehicular glass by the adhesive layer; and allowing the adhesive layer to cure.
