An elastic wheel, comprising a disk (1) having a base rim (2) and a rim (3) supporting a tire, a pair of guides (4) fixedly installed annularly on the inner peripheral surface of the rim (3), and a pair of wall parts (5) fixedly installed annularly on the outer peripheral surface of the base rim (2) in both side areas in the axial direction of the wheel, wherein a rubber elastic body (6) is provided annularly between the side surfaces of the guides (4) and the side surfaces of the wall parts, respectively, whereby vibration can be absorbed by a shearing deformation of the installed rubber elastic bodies (6) so as to, particularly, increase the riding comfortableness performance, vibrationproof performance, and soundproof performance against a small input, the soundproof performance being extremely effective to soundproofing in a high frequency area of 100 Hz or higher.

An elastic wheel includes a disk (1) having a base rim (2), a rim (3) for supporting a tire (10), and an annular elastic rubber body (4) arranged between the outer peripheral surface of the base rim (2) and the inner peripheral surface of the rim (3). A gap is formed between the elastic rubber body (4) and the outer peripheral surface of the base rim (2) or the inner peripheral surface of the rim (3). The elastic rubber body (4) with the gap has a spring constant that shifts from a smaller value to a larger value as the input load increases, so that it absorbs vibration under small input conditions while being prevented from undergoing substantial deformation under large input conditions. The elastic wheel ensures riding comfortablesess performance and provides improved vibrationproof performance and soundproof performance, regardless of whether the input load is small or large, without sacrificing durability and safety. In terms of soundproof performance, provision of the gap is particularly effective in suppressing high-frequency noise of 100Hz or higher.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Laufrolle (10) für Apparate, Möbel od. dgl. mit mindestens einem auf eine Radfelge (13) aufgezogenen Reifen (16) aus einem elastromeren Werkstoff. Um einen Reifen zu schaffen, der unter geringem Werkstoffaufwand hervorragende Verschleißeigenschaften besitzt, ohne an Elastizität einzubüßen, besteht der Reifen aus einem hochabriebfieaten Elastomer wie Polyurethan (PU) und ist ausschließlich innerhalb seines im Umfangsbereich der Feigenhörner (14) angeordneten Abschnitts (18) von einer Vielzahl von radachsparallelen Ausnehmungen (20,21,22,23,24) durchsetzt, deren Wende bis nahe an die Reifen-Innenfläche (25) herangeführt oder Bestandteil derselben sind. Ein solcher Reifen besitzt trotz seins geringen Werkstoffaufwandes hervorragende Federungseigenschaften. Durch die Einbettung der Ausnehmungen (20-24) in den Umfangsbereich des Felgenhorns (14) wird gewährleistet, daß in die Ausnehmungen kein Schmutz eintreten kann. Damit werden gleichbleibend gute Federungseigenschaften auch im Dauerbetrieb gewährleistet.
